On Sunday 26 October, two of the region’s most loved wineries Matawhero Wines and TW Wines will open their gates for a day full of flavour, fun, and sunshine.

At Matawhero, you’ll be part of something special as they celebrate 50 years of Gisborne winemaking with history, hospitality, and a tasting line-up that honours five decades of excellence.

At TW Wines, expect bold drops, lush vineyard vibes, and live music from start to finish. Whether you're a longtime local or visiting for the long weekend, this is your invitation to unwind among Gizzy’s golden slopes. Enjoy food trucks, live music stages, special winemaker masterclasses & everything else that makes this day a true local legend.

Your festival ticket includes free return bus transport from central Gisborne, between venues, and back to town so you can sip and relax without a worry.
